ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Physical Security Specialist to join Fever’s Global Physical Security team. You will report to the Physical Security Manager and play a key role in ensuring that all security measures and requirements are effectively implemented across our events and corporate premises. This position requires a proactivity, autonomous professional with strong project management skills capable of leading and coordinating with multiple Fever stakeholders and external partners to maintain the highest standards of security and protection for our people, assets, and operations. What You’ll Do

As a senior member of the Global Physical Security team, you will play a key role in shaping and building Fever’s physical security function on a global scale. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll design and implement smart, scalable security strategies, combining expert guidance with hands-on execution.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop new initiatives across diverse environments, from corporate settings to large-scale global projects, driving innovation and setting new standards in how we protect our people, assets, and operations. You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business while taking ownership of high-impact projects, helping define and evolve our global security framework.

You will have a hands-on role in areas such as:

• Alongside the Physical Security Manager, lead Physical Security team in the daily management and monitoring of physical security systems and operations, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
• Coordinate security providers and vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance with Fever standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections and design security systems with Physical Security Manager for corporate offices, warehouses, and event spaces, overseeing installation process and ensuring  ongoing operational standards.
• Oversee security system maintenance, including reviewing and tracking maintenance schedules, system performance, and incident reports.
• Lead engagement and partnerships with global security guard service providers while analyzing local private security regulations and legislation in existing and expansion markets, driving strategic conversations to ensure compliance and alignment with Fever’s security standards.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
• Contribute to physical security awareness initiatives for employees and contractors.
• Respond to physical security incident escalation and follow-up processes according to Fever’s global security protocols.

What You Bring

In order to be successful in this role, you will:

• Have 5  years of experience in corporate security or physical security, intelligence or risk management.
• Be able to work primarily in English, with fluency in other languages a plus. .
• Demonstrate a strategic, analytical mindset with expertise in security incident management and a proven track record of guiding security operations, and teams.
• Bring emotional intelligence to work and the ability to communicate effectively with very varied internal and external stakeholders, specially during sensitive situations.
• Possess strong time management skills and have ownership over work entrusted to you;
