The Senior Presentation Designer will collaborate with internal VML teams to create compelling presentations and comprehensive toolkit and guidelines documents. The role is a critical component is helping us both sell to clients and ensure that our work is deliverable by third parties. The role will report into a Lead Production Designer and ultimately the Head oF Design, London.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following expertise:

• Creative mindset - passionate about design and not afraid of pushing the boundaries.
• Ability to pick up and work quickly to a given brief
• Highly motivated and always looking to improve the design process.
• An ability to articulate and present ideas effectively and influentially.
• Is diligent, organised and detail focused.
• Demonstrates resourcefulness – ability to think on your feet and find a solution that might not be the obvious route at first.
• A strong approach to design from a strategic and conceptual perspective and can take it through to execution. Including creation of brand assets and working within existing brand guidelines. Helping create and maintain design guides and practice guidelines.
• Strong experience building visually influencing data-driven graphs and tables in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fully conversant with presentation software such as PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides
• Competent across related platforms such as Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Figma and Miro
• Expert at storytelling, able to optimise a presentation for maximum impact
• Able to work at pace and under pressure, managing multiple work streams and deadlines
• An understanding of accessibility and how to achieve AA standards if required
• Staying up to date with software developments in the industry and able to quickly adapt to emerging technologies such as generative AI
• Some knowledge of animation would be a distinct advantage
