About the Role

As Unframe’s first Product Analyst, you will define how product analytics works across the company. You will build the data foundations, measurement frameworks, and analytical processes that allow us to make informed decisions across multiple evolving AI solutions.

This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution. You will design scalable analytics infrastructure while delivering actionable insights that influence product direction, customer outcomes, and company growth.

Your work will directly impact how we prioritize features, measure value, and scale intelligently across dozens of enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Unframe’s product analytics strategy across multiple products and solutions.
• Establish core KPIs and success metrics aligned with product and business objectives.
• Design scalable tracking frameworks to support evolving product capabilities and customer use cases.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to translate business questions into measurable hypotheses.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide clear, actionable insights.
• Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, retention, and engagement to drive product improvements.
• Identify opportunities for optimization across onboarding, activation, and ongoing usage.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across analytics systems.
• Leverage AI tools where appropriate to enhance analysis, forecasting, and insight generation.
• Manage multiple analytical initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar analytical role within SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience building or significantly shaping analytics processes and measurement frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with modern BI tools.
• Experience defining product KPIs and building scalable tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence product decisions through data.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working across multiple product lines or modular platforms.
• Familiarity with product-led growth metrics.
• Experience working in high-growth startup environments.
