Required expertise: Deep understanding of Routing & Switching, Network Security, LAN/WLAN, hands-on experience in network design and architecture, as well as relevant industry certifications.

Must-Have Criteria

1. University degree (BA/FH) in the relevant field or a related field (or proof of an

equivalent qualification)

1. Professional experience: minimum 5 years in the relevant area of responsibility
2. Experience in crisis and problem management, including the ability to handle

crisis situations

1. Good knowledge of manufacturers' products and technologies in the field of

networking and network security

1. Experience in delivering large-scale and complex network projects (LAN, WLAN,

Security, etc.)

1. Good knowledge of Routing, Switching and Network Security
2. Proven ITIL® Foundation certification or equivalent
3. Proven ITIL® Expert certification or equivalent
4. Proven IPMA Level C certification or equivalent
5. Proven IPMA Level B certification or equivalent
6. English – minimum level C1

Nice-to-Have Criteria

1. Vocational qualification in the relevant field or a related field (or proof of an

equivalent qualification)

1. In-depth expertise in the architecture of the respective technical domain
2. Broad understanding of adjacent IT infrastructures
3. Good knowledge of troubleshooting and maintenance of network components

(LAN, WLAN, Network Security, etc.)

1. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturers' products, technologies and

roadmaps in the field of networking and network security

1. Experience in managing projects in the field of networking (LAN, WLAN, Security,

etc.)
