POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Quote and Order Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing quote approvals, contract processing, and order management while serving as an operational expert and key partner to Sales and Customer Success. This role provides workflow coordination, leadership, drives process improvements, and ensures high-quality execution across quote-to-cash activities. This role actively influences cross-functional alignment, identifies operational risks, and supports strategic business initiatives.

This position is based in our San Diego, CA office and requires in-office attendance Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. 1. Execute and coordinate order review and submission in Salesforce, ensuring exceptional accuracy and operational compliance

2. Operate as a subject-matter expert on CPQ configuration requirements and best practices.

3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support enterprise customer contracts, quotes, and order fulfillment.

4. Monitor dashboards and reports to proactively resolve open order issues and guide the team on prioritization.

5. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, enterprise accounts, and channel managers to ensure accurate and timely updates to quotes and orders.

6. Lead documentation of requirements for system enhancements and oversee user testing in the staging environment.

7. Maintain and refine process and procedure documentation to support scalable operations.

8. Build strong, collaborative relationships across internal teams and serve as an escalation point for operational blockers.

9. Support quarterly business reviews and contribute to development of executive-level reporting and materials.

10. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and leading small-scale operational initiatives

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS

1. Support processing RMA cases including submitting the replacement order in Salesforce.
2. Identify and help solve core problems or opportunities within business processes.
3. Support the build-out of scalable processes, procedures, and capabilities to meet global growth objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years over overall experience including minimum 2+ years experience enhancing order processes within Salesforce under the Operations department.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a positive approach to daily challenges and opportunities
• Self-motivated and able to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable with challenges and enthusiastic about improving efficiencies.
• Thinks creatively and proposes innovative ideas.
• Carefully and thoroughly manage tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Being dependable and consistently performing tasks on time and to a high standard.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required

California Pay Range

$75,000—$95,000 USD
