Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Applications Engineer to join our IT Business Apps team. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Application Engineering – Salesforce.

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Salesforce engineers to join our team. You will drive technical excellence and deliver high-impact solutions that empower our business.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Designing and developing customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce
• Integrating Salesforce with other platforms and applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
• Ensuring the quality and scalability of Salesforce applications by conducting testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Maintaining Salesforce configurations, workflows, approval processes, and security settings while adhering to best practices

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security configurations

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools like Git
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
• Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II)
