Senior Software Engineer Talent Pool

Location: Cochabamba, Bolivia (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop secure, scalable, high-performance software.
• Work across the full SDLC — from concept and architecture to delivery and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical features.
• Lead by example in writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to system architecture decisions.
• Support and troubleshoot production systems as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend improvements to processes and technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in any of the following languages C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript, Java, PHP. We work in our own product, so the open positions are usually using one or more of these technologies.
• Experience working with SQL.
• Experience working with AWS services (Lambda, IAM, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Hybrid Work in Cochabamba

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in our Cochabamba office. You’ll collaborate both in-person and remotely with our global engineering teams.
