The Role:

The Integrations Team is expanding and seeking a Senior AI Developer to focus on managing and building high-level integrations across our platform. This role involves working at the intersection of core product functionality and advanced AI services, specifically focusing on integrating cutting-edge AI features into our existing product ecosystem.Responsibilities:

• Maintain applications written in high-level programming languages such as NodeJS in TypeScript
• Strive for constant improvement and contribute to the power of our agile development culture
• Collaborate with other teams on building our platform
• Participate in on-call rotations to help teams troubleshoot urgent customer-facing problems and other engineering issues

Required Skills:

• Advanced TypeScript knowledge and proven NodeJS experience
• Proven experience with CI/CD and Docker
• Proven experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with observability and monitoring

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Rust or Python
• Data Integration: Snowflake/SQL, Text2SQL tools
• Experience working in both high volatility (startup) and bigger organization environments
• AI System Observability: Debugging non-deterministic behavior, agent tracing
• LLM Orchestration: Tool/API integration, streaming responses
• LLM Agent Development: LangChain/similar frameworks + tool development (MCP, function calling)
• Agent Communication Protocols: MCP and/or A2A patterns
• Prompt Engineering: System prompt design, optimization, output validation
• Managed LLM Services: GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI

The compensation range provided below represents the base salary only for a Full-time Employment contract (umowa o pracę) and excludes fringe benefits, potential bonuses, or stock-based compensation (equity). Your individual offer will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, professional experience, and internal equity (alignment with similarly situated team members at Sauce Labs).
