We’re looking for a hands-on Senior SRE / Platform Engineer to build and operate a secure, scalable and highly reliable platform for critical fintech & payment services.

*🔧* What you’ll do

• Design and operate cloud & Kubernetes platforms

• Build infrastructure with Terraform / IaC

• Improve monitoring, logging, tracing & alerting

• Define SLIs, SLOs & error budgets

• Own incident response, RCA and production recovery

• Improve CI/CD, release safety and rollback processes

• Build HA, disaster recovery and resilience solutions

• Automate repetitive operational tasks

• Support security, secrets management and access controls

• Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability and cost

• Create runbooks and tested recovery procedures

We actively use AI-assisted engineering and automation for infrastructure, troubleshooting, documentation and incident management — with strong production controls and human approval for high-risk changes.

*🎯* Requirements

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering or similar

• Strong production experience with Kubernetes & Linux

• Hands-on Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

• Strong CI/CD and Git-based workflows

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK/Loki or similar

• Strong networking knowledge: DNS, TLS, load balancing

• Experience with highly available, business-critical systems

• Strong incident response & troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of security, IAM, secrets and least privilege

• Go, Python, Bash or similar scripting experience

• Comfortable with 24/7 on-call rotation

• English - Intermediate

• AWS or other major cloud platforms

• Argo CD / GitLab CI/CD

• PCI DSS / GDPR / ISO 27001

• High-volume transactional systems

• Disaster recovery / chaos engineering
