Estamos en búsqueda de Servicenow Desarrollador
Principales responsabilidades:
- Crear workflows, acciones y sub-flujos en Workflow Studio.
- Crear topics (temas) en el Virtual Agent.
- Trabajar con Document Intelligence: creación de casos de uso, entrenamiento e implementación dentro de un tema del Virtual Agent.
- Implementación de modelos NLU (Natural Language Understanding) en temas del Virtual Agent.
- Creación de tablas.
- Creación de conexiones y credenciales.
- Integración de SharePoint con ServiceNow, incluyendo descarga de archivos de SharePoint dentro de un workflow.
- Enviar comandos SSH desde una acción dentro de un flujo.
- Implementación de scheduled flows (flujos programados).
- Creación de catálogos y boards.
- Conexiones a bases de datos Oracle y SQL Server.
- Implementación de APIs externas dentro de workflows.
Requerimientos:
- Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia práctica en desarrollo de ServiceNow.
- Inglés intermedio (conversacional)
