Job Description:

As the top-ranked ServiceNow solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications. 

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicable
• Work in an Agile manner
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Develops the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicable

+ Performs custom development as required and 3rd party integrations

+ Carries out unit testing and defect resolution

+ Carries out migration of the changes to production

+ Assists with technical design and documentation

+ Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements

Here's what you need:

• 2 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification

Bonus Points if you have:

• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in ServiceNow
• ITSM experience
• Custom application development experience
• Bachelor's degree

Security Clearance:

• An active Top Secret clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraph

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$104,300—$149,900 USD
