As a Developer specializing in the ServiceNow platform, you will be responsible for creating solutions within the ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) framework. Your main task will be to design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows to meet the needs of the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to leverage its capabilities to streamline processes and improve customer service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that directly impact the customer experience. Your expertise in the ServiceNow platform will be crucial in driving innovation and efficiency within the organization. As a Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance customer service and support the overall business objectives. Your ability to think creatively and strategically will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.

Here's what you need:

• Prior ServiceNow developer experience
• Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with ITSM and/or HRSD
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$78,600—$160,200 USD
