Role Overview

We are hiring Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) based in India to deliver official Microsoft courseware to enterprise learners as part of Interview Kickstart’s growing skilling ecosystem. As an MCT at IK, you will bring your deep Microsoft technology expertise to live, instructor-led training sessions for professionals across industries.

This is a part-time, remote engagement suited for experienced Microsoft practitioners and trainers looking to expand their impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver official Microsoft courseware in live, instructor-led formats (virtual and in-person as needed)

Train enterprise professionals on Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and AI/Copilot tools

• Design and adapt training content to match the learning needs and skill levels of diverse enterprise audiences
• Guide learners through hands-on labs, exercises, and real-world use case scenarios
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback aligned with Microsoft certification pathways
• Stay current with the latest Microsoft product updates, courseware revisions, and certification changes
• Collaborate with IK’s curriculum and delivery teams to ensure quality and consistency of training outcomes

What You’ll Teach

Depending on your area of specialisation, training delivery may cover one or more of the following Microsoft domains:

Microsoft Azure & Cloud

• Azure fundamentals, administration, architecture, and security
• Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, and intelligent cloud solutions
• DevOps, infrastructure, and cloud-native development on Azure

Microsoft 365 & Productivity

• Microsoft 365 administration, compliance, and endpoint management
• Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools for enterprise
• Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-assisted productivity workflows

Power Platform & Business Applications

• Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents
• Dynamics 365 for CRM, ERP, and business operations
• Low-code/no-code application development and automation

Security, Compliance & Identity

• Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity solutions
• Zero Trust architecture and enterprise security frameworks

Training will cover the following Azure AI/ML certification tracks (Phase 1):

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status in good standing
• Minimum 2 relevant Microsoft certifications in your area of expertise
• Should have experience working with Azure Labs
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies in enterprise environments
• Proven experience delivering instructor-led training (corporate, academic, or self-organised)
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex technical concepts for mixed audiences
• Familiarity with virtual training delivery tools (Teams, Zoom, LMS platforms)
