顧客の複雑なビジネス課題を理解し、CRM、マーケティング、営業、カスタマーサービスを横断したソリューションを設計しながら、HubSpotのプラットフォーム活用を最大化することがミッションです。
HubSpotのグローバルチームやSolutions Partnerとも連携しながら、日本企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションとAI活用を支援していきます。
What you'll do
- 日本市場の顧客を中心に、HubSpotプラットフォームを活用したソリューション設計を行う
- 顧客のビジネス課題を理解し、スケーラブルなCRMアーキテクチャを設計する
- CRM、マーケティング、営業、カスタマーサービスを横断した統合ソリューションを設計する
- APIやシステム連携を通じてHubSpotのプラットフォーム活用を最大化する
- 顧客の長期的なテクノロジーロードマップを策定し、ROIやビジネス価値を提案する
- 複数Hubにまたがる複雑なソリューション設計や導入プロジェクトをリードする
- Solutions Partnerと協働しながら高度なユースケースの実現を支援する
- AIや新しいテクノロジーを活用したソリューションを提案する
- AIを活用した自動化やPoCを作成し、HubSpot AIの可能性を顧客に示す
- プロダクトチームと連携し、日本市場からのフィードバックをHubSpot製品改善に反映する
We’re looking for people who
Experience
- エンタープライズSaaS領域における以下いずれかの経験（2年以上）
+ ソリューションアーキテクト
+ テクニカルコンサルタント
+ プリセールス / ソリューションコンサルタント
Technical skills
- システム統合、API、アーキテクチャ設計の実務経験
- 複雑な課題を分析し、実装可能な技術ソリューションへ落とし込む能力
- オーケストレーションや自動化を活用した AIソリューション構築経験
Business skills
- 技術機能をビジネス成果に結びつける能力
- ROIやビジネス価値を説明し、顧客の意思決定を支援できる能力
Communication
- エグゼクティブ層を含むステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション経験
- 組織横断で合意形成をリードできる方
Language Requirements
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル（必須）
- 英語：ビジネスレベル（必須）
本ポジションは シンガポール拠点のマネージャーへのレポートライン となり、グローバルチームとの連携のため英語でのコミュニケーションが日常的に発生します。
