Role

As Solutions Product Manager you will work with customers, account executives, other product managers and engineers to redefine what automation problems can be solved economically as well as technically. You will coordinate the definition and prioritization of scalable robotics solutions that leverage the unique capabilities of the Intrinsic Software Platform and create unique value for our customers. You will have the opportunity to work with some amazing and talented people, who also happen to be working on highly creative and ambitious efforts. In this role you get to directly interact with Intrinsic’s partners and customers and are expected to travel up to 20% of your time. In this role you are at the forefront of our mission of making the benefits of robotics available to millions of new businesses.

How your work moves the mission forward

• Identify the best scalable robotic automation solutions that have a good fit with the Intrinsic platform.
• Define target markets for robotic automation solutions and assess the market size.
• Develop a compelling vision and roadmap for these solutions.
• Scope solution concepts, user journeys, requirements and partner with other product managers and engineering on planning and execution.
• Advocate for our customers, their needs and opportunities to generate unique value through novel robotic solutions.
• Brief executives, evangelize the value of our solutions at internal and external events. Be a storyteller and spokesperson for the Intrinsic platform.

Skills you will need to be successful

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven track record of success as a product manager within an automation company or similar experience.
• Extensive industry knowledge of the industrial robotics and manufacturing industry and its solutions and component ecosystem.
• Experience of applying a product mindset to automation problems that allows to re-use solutions over different applications.
• Outstanding communication skills, both at the executive level, with customers and with peers in English and German.

Skills that will differentiate your candidacy

• M.B.A. and/or M.S. and/or PhD in Engineering.
• Experience with building modular, scalable automation solutions.
• Experience with cloud and edge IT systems.
• Experience with enterprise IT systems such as MES and ERP.
• Experience with projects that involve a significant research & development portion.

In addition to the salary range below, this full-time position is eligible for bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range + bonus + equity for your targeted location and role during the hiring process.

Salary Range

$217,600—$231,200 USD
