Mission

Your mission will be to maintain and improve existing functionality and develop new application parts. This position will be remote-based in Europe. Ideal locations include: Serbia, Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia and Romania.  

Outcomes

• Deliver value for our customers
• Improve the stability and observability of our product
• Develop parts of the application: design, refactoring, fixing bugs, and writing tests to maintain the quality and functionality of the product and libraries
• Review code and share knowledge with the team

Requirements

• Experience in .NET development and test coverage
• Knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns
• Experience with Database concurrency
• Upper-Intermediate English: both written and spoken
• A data-driven approach. Ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics
• Integrity and full commitment
• Growth mindset
• Readiness to work in an intense startup environment requiring extreme focus, a strong sense of ownership, and determination to break through
• Openness to constructive feedback and the opinions and ideas of others
