MISSION

As an AI-First Engineer, your mission is to deliver production-quality features at a speed and scale that traditional teams cannot match. You will apply AI aggressively across every stage of the development lifecycle — from requirements and design to coding, testing, and release — and establish a new engineering benchmark for the company.

OUTCOMES

• Consistently deliver high-quality, production-grade features faster than traditional teams.
• Build and optimize AI-first workflows that integrate AI across all development stages.

• Be a core contributor to the new engineering culture built on AI-First principles.

HOW YOU’LL RAMP

By Day 30:

• Deeply understand our AWS, .NET, Python, MongoDB tech stack and delivery model.
• Start shipping real features using AI at every stage: coding, testing, documenting, releasing.
• Contribute to improving workflows for even faster delivery.

By Day 60:

• Independently own the full lifecycle of feature delivery through AI-first methods.
• Identify and drive improvements in velocity, automation, and team efficiency.
• Partner with Product and Tech Leads to aggressively accelerate time-to-market.

By Day 90:

• Deliver features faster and with higher quality than baseline teams.
• Actively mentor others on using AI as a multiplier across development.
• Become a key driver of the AI-First engineering standard inside the company.

WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED:

• Proven track record of delivering production-grade products using AI-driven approach.
• Mastery in using AI tools (Copilot/Cursor/WindSurf (etc, you choose), GPT APIs, LLMs) across the entire development lifecycle — design, code generation, testing, documentation, and release.
• Strong technical foundation in AWS, .NET, Python, and MongoDB.
• Obsessed with delivery: you ship, you improve, you own the outcome.
• Comfortable moving fast, taking ownership, and constantly pushing for better, faster, smarter execution.
