ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

ASI is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to develop, analyze, and distribute financial and operational analyses and reports to gain deeper understanding of our Distributor Services business.

Reporting to the Director, Finance & Reporting, the Sr. Financial Analyst will be a key member of ASI's finance team, responsible for in-depth analysis and reporting on ASI’s Distributor Division of ASI. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision‑making and driving operational excellence across the organization.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. Individual pay within the range will be based on role related experience, education, skills, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Pulling and analyzing data for monthly transaction reporting.
• Creating monthly analyses (revenue vs. various metrics, and prior year).
• Pulling and reconciling data for monthly listings reporting.
• Calculating key business metrics such as cancel rates, product penetration, and pricing analyses.
• Completing commissions for various sales teams.
• Calculating corporate contract rebates.
• Developing and distributing other month-end reports as deemed necessary.
• Assisting Sales with developing value-added reports to analyze key areas of their business.
• Providing analytical support and completing ad hoc requests from management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 4-6 years’ experience working in Finance
• Experience with managing, manipulating, and reconciling large amounts of data
• Ability to work well with all levels of management
• Strong organizational skills; meticulous with detail
• Knowledge of Excel data manipulation skills (including advanced functions and pivot tables)

Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, and Copilot a plus
