What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a Sr. Software Engineer (Messaging Provisioning) who will lead by example in designing and developing solutions for reputation management and number provisioning.

You are the right candidate if...

• You are able to work independently to solve and debug complex issues and have a proven track record of successfully resolving challenging technical problems.
• You are a clear communicator and can clearly describe the work you are doing and any issues you are facing.

What You'll Do:

• Create and maintain REST APIs (Java/Spring) for distributed, multi-service systems
• Design, document, and review new product features and APIs in collaboration with other team members
• Write and maintain unit, functional, and end-to-end tests for the code that you write
• Build and deploy applications for AWS, including creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in productive code reviews and adhere to team-defined coding standards as you create products (we value collaboration within and across teams to build better products!)
• Support the products you work on in our on-call rotation

What You Need:

If you’re our person, you probably look like this:

• You have 6+ years of experience building web services in Java and Spring
• An understanding of network protocols, HTTP, and REST
• Experience designing and working with distributed systems, specifically the ability to debug issues across correlated microservices
• Experience with AWS development
• Experience with SQL and relational database systems
• Experience with unit and functional testing
• A 3-year technical degree or equivalent experience
