A quick snapshot…

The Procurement Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting Conga’s end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle by operating and optimizing core procurement systems, including procurement orchestration tools, NetSuite, and Conga CLM. This role ensures purchase requests, vendor onboarding, contracts, and approvals flow efficiently across systems, enabling business teams to move quickly while maintaining strong controls, data accuracy, and compliance.

Conga’s procurement ecosystem is maturing to provide seamless system integration between intake, contracting, and financial execution. In this role, you’ll be a key operator of that ecosystem while building toward a modern and sophisticated experience—ensuring procurement workflows trigger the right approvals, contracts are accurately managed in Conga CLM, and transactions are properly executed in NetSuite. Your work directly impacts speed to execution, financial integrity, audit readiness, and the overall employee experience.

Here’s what we’re looking for...

• Support day‑to‑day procurement operations using procurement tools to manage intake, approvals, and workflow routing
• Support the implementation of a new intake-to-pay platform with full procurement orchestration capabilities
• Process and maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and related transactions in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls
• Engage with business stakeholders and vendors to triage and manage purchase requests, vendor onboarding, contract negotiation, and final contract signature
• Partner with Legal to support contract intake, review, execution, and metadata management within Conga CLM
• Ensure data consistency and alignment across procurement orchestration tools, Conga CLM, and NetSuite throughout the procure‑to‑pay lifecycle
• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on procurement processes, system usage, and request status
• Track procurement requests, contracts, and renewals to ensure timely execution and clear communication
• Support reporting and visibility into procurement activity, including purchase order status, contract milestones, and vendor data
• Identify opportunities to improve system workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance cross‑functional handoffs

Here’s what will give you an edge…

• Hands‑on experience with procurement orchestration platforms and intake‑to‑execution workflows
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems, particularly related to purchasing and vendor management
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools, ideally Conga CLM
• Strong understanding of procure‑to‑pay processes and how systems interact across Legal, Finance, and Procurement
• A process‑driven mindset with a focus on data accuracy, scalability, and continuous improvement
• Ability to confidently support and guide internal stakeholders through procurement systems and workflows
• Experience operating in a fast‑paced SaaS or technology environment
• Proficient in multiple languages a plus, though not a requirement, particularly in French and/or German
