Description:  

You’re looking for your next opportunity as a Staff Product Manager to lead AI-first initiatives that redefine how supply chains operate. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for AI-powered capabilities across the Movement platform, including agentic workflows, AI copilots, and intelligent automation. 

You bring strong product judgment and a deep understanding of modern AI systems, including large language models, agent architectures, retrieval augmented generation, semantic layers, and data orchestration. You are excited to translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable, production-grade enterprise solutions that drive measurable customer impact. 

You thrive partnering closely with Engineering and Data Science to design robust AI systems, while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches and strong adoption. 

 What you’re most excited for:   

• Define and articulate the AI product strategy for Movement, identifying high impact agentic use cases across visibility, execution, and decision automation
• Design AI agent architectures that combine LLMs, structured logistics data, and real-time event streams to enable intelligent reasoning and action
• Build and evolve a semantic layer that makes supply chain data accessible, explainable, and actionable for AI applications
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear user value, defining use cases for copilots, autonomous agents, and decision support systems
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to operationalize models, ensure evaluation rigor, and improve performance over time
• Define and track success metrics for AI adoption, quality, trust, and automation impact
• Stay current on advances in generative AI, multi-agent systems, and AI infrastructure, and assess how they can create competitive advantage
• Represent project44 as an AI domain leader in customer and executive conversations

Requirements & Skills:  

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline that has propelled you to build tech chops in your career, from computer science to business.
• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including experience building enterprise SaaS products
• Direct experience building or scaling AI-powered products, including LLM-based applications or agentic systems
• Strong understanding of AI system design including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, evaluation frameworks, and model lifecycle management
• Experience working closely with ML engineers and data scientists to ship production AI systems
• Ability to define AI use cases grounded in real customer workflows and measurable ROI
• Experience building and executing a roadmap with iterative delivery and experimentation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret model performance, user behavior, and system metrics
• Experience presenting AI strategy to executive stakeholders and supporting enterprise sales conversations
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining detail oriented and execution focused
• Willingness to travel to project44 and customer locations as needed
• Supply chain or logistics experience is a plus, but not required

In-office Commitment:This position requires a commitment to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in-office 5 days weekly.
