As a Strategic Program Lead supporting federal clients, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Accenture Federal Services’ performance across a variety of workstreams, including IT, ServiceNow, Data Science, and Business Support. You will drive the execution of complex, high-impact projects, ensuring that all solutions are closely aligned with Commander priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of recommendations that address critical client challenges, applying creativity and broad technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
- Leverage tools and methodologies such as ServiceNow, data science analytics, and business support frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Solicit and validate functional requirements, set team priorities, and manage diverse teams to maximize client value.
- Manage client escalations and high-visibility projects, serving as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships across federal agencies, demonstrating a strong understanding of mission needs in this full-time, on-site role.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience leading federal programs with multi-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and deliver strong mission and business outcomes
- Experience transitioning federal agencies from strategy and solution design to integration and final product delivery
- Extensive experience eliciting requirements and establishing priorities to drive impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting ServiceNow, Data Science, or Business Support workstreams
- Strong communication skills and experience managing trusted relationships with senior military or C‑suite leaders
- Experience handling client escalations and high-visibility initiatives
- Full-time, on-site availability in Suitland, MD
- Ability to serve as a brand ambassador and primary point of contact across multiple client organizations

- Active TS/SCI clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
