Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accounting of acommerce smaller entities from end to end
- Supervise Accounting Activities & Lead the Accounting Team
- Performing monthly closing journal
- Create monthly report and analysis of those entities
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliation on timely basis
- Preparing data for auditors including group reporting packages.
- Preparing ad hoc financial reports required by management
- Assist Financial Controller on any project occured in the company.
- Liaise with other department to ensure the financial statement is complete and accurate in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
- 4-5 years experience as an accounting and have experience/able to process a full monthly financial closing and produce monthly financial reports by themselves.
- Experience handling a team
- Able and willing to work long hours to achieve tight deadlines.
- Preferred to have experience with Oracle Netsuite or MSDynamic.
- Preferred to have 2-3 year experience in big 4 public accounting
