Western Door Federal is seeking a Systems Administrator - Azure Cloud in support of our State Department customer, located in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you would be part of a 9-person team that provides onsite support to users and customers. The objective of this position is to provide system admin support services and functions, particularly in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment and you will serve as a Microsoft SME.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Co-Author and execute an overall Microsoft Office 365 and Azure cloud strategy
• Configure, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize device management tools, establishing policies and procedures for device management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, remote support, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
• Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems are monitored to optimize reliability and uptime and updated accordingly.
• Develop and review IT processes and procedures, maintenance guidelines and documentation
• Work with Engineering team to define and execute mission technical strategy, and technical analysis and design; support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out solutions.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
• Tier 2 for helpdesk support related to computer provisioning, installation and maintenance of hardware and software.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of related experience in working with Microsoft based solutions.
• Experience in working with Endpoint Management related services such as Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, Active Directory, Office365, GPO Management, Windows Desktop/Server Operating Systems, and PowerShell
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus
• Must have experience in taking leadership on major changes
• Certifications relevant within the area of responsibility for the position are a plus.
• Excellent communications skills
• Active Secret Clearance
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have a valid US Passport
• Must obtain medical clearances from the Department of State's Medical Bureau
