Technical Assistance Consultant, Education Systems & Policy (Part-Time)
I am writing to express my strong interest in the Technical Assistance Consultant position within the Education Systems and Policy program at AIR. With a Master’s degree in Education and over five years of experience working closely with State Education Agencies, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in implementing evidence-based solutions at scale. My background in providing direct coaching to educators and my expertise in school improvement strategies align perfectly with AIR’s mission to improve educational outcomes through data-driven technical assistance.
Throughout my career, I have successfully led projects focused on capacity building and policy analysis, ensuring that complex legislative requirements are translated into actionable school-level improvements. I am particularly drawn to this role because of AIR’s reputation for nonpartisan, evidence-based research and its commitment to addressing pressing challenges in rural and underserved education sectors. I am confident that my ability to collaborate effectively in virtual environments and my dedication to high-quality educational support will make me a valuable asset to your project teams.
