The Solutions Engineering team at Mysten Labs is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the planning, organization, and execution of product and partner initiatives. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while improving efficiency, productivity, transparency, and clarity across programs. You will play a key role in fostering continuous improvement, not only within your projects but across the broader Solutions Engineering organization. This position spans two key domains: partner initiatives across multiple verticals (DeFi, Gaming, Commerce, Payments, and more) and internal product development within Mysten Labs’ business units. You will be embedded in cross-functional teams, ensuring that both external engagements and internal initiatives are delivered with structure, predictability, and measurable impact. You will also enable a diverse set of developers and partners to build the foundations of the decentralized future, accelerating the adoption of web3. What You’ll Do

• Own and lead cross-functional Partner Solutions and Internal BU Products programs/projects.
• Manage project goals, schedule, resources, and risk to ensure successful on-time delivery.
• Communicate priorities, schedules, and status to all levels in the company, external partners, and the developer community.
• Work alongside the Solutions Engineering and Products teams to define and plan new programs.
• Work closely with the Mysten Labs Partnerships team as they pursue new strategic engagements.
• Identify and solve cross-functional roadblocks.
• Build a positive and rapid feedback loop to help improve our products and partner solutions.
• Create scalable workflows and processes, and build and contribute to internal analytics efforts.

What You'll Have

• 2–4 years of experience managing projects and programs in dynamic environments.
• Professional experience with key SDLC Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with distributed teams across multiple countries in a multinational environment.
• Strong collaboration with technical teams, with a solid understanding of underlying platforms and technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and information organization skills.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end projects, from ideation through execution and delivery and maintenance
• Ability to act as a thought partner and lead through influence, driving alignment and outcomes across diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, automation) to support program execution through enhanced reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking, enabling faster, data-driven decision-making across the project lifecycle.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting and/or R&D-driven product development environments.
• Proven ability to manage external partners and vendor relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies and decentralized systems.
