Role

We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist to join our Product Management team.

This is a remote role reporting to the APJ Delivery Leader. The core responsibility of this position is to provide technical instruction on Zscaler products and solutions to a diverse audience, including Zscaler customers, partners, and participants in the Cyber Academic Alliance program.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Provide technical instruction on Zscaler products and solutions to a diverse audience, including customers, partners, and Cyber Academic Alliance participants
• Configure and troubleshoot Zscaler training environments, including the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange Platform, Cloud Protection (ZCP) solutions, and general network connectivity
• Manage class rosters, track attendance, and collect post-class surveys
• Provide support and assistance to students as needed
• Review and provide feedback for new courseware and test hands-on training exercises and delivering training onsite or virtually, with up to 60-80% travel, including remote locations in India, and flexibility across APJ time zones

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 3+years of experience in technical training
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology major with a minor in communications, or equivalent technical/communications certifications
• Excellent oral, written, analytical, and organizational skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with the ability to tailor training to the target audience

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Cloud Security, Firewalls, Proxy, and EndPoint Security solutions
• Possession of industry-recognized certifications like CEH, CISSP, or CISM
