A Polish bank is modernizing its contact center through AI and intelligent automation, delivering both customer-facing self-service capabilities and AI-assisted support for human agents.

What you'll do

The candidate will establish and maintain the test automation strategy for the contact center AI platform. Coverage spans API testing, AI/bot flow validation, agent desktop UI testing, and integration regression — ensuring every release meets the bank's quality and compliance standards. The candidate will integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate across all engineering tracks.

What you bring

• 5+ years in test automation engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for test scripting.
• Experience with API testing frameworks.
• UI test automation experience.
• CI/CD pipeline integration of automated test suites.
• Experience testing integration-heavy, event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with test data management in compliance-sensitive environments.
• Polish language (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Experience testing AI or conversational flows.
• Experience with performance and load testing.
• Background in banking or financial services QA with regulatory traceability requirements.
