About the Role

The role is responsible for executing data quality control QC for inventory transactions entered into SAP via WMS. This includes tracking and reporting on IDM-related KPIs and supporting additional data entry tasks for the BizOps IDM department. The role drives process improvements and innovations to enhance service delivery to farmers, ensuring all transactions are accurately tracked and quality-checked. By maintaining data integrity, the role ensures inventory flows correctly, ultimately improving efficiency and support to farmers.

Responsibilities

SAP transactions QC within 48HRS

• Accurately perform QC on each SAP transaction on a daily basis
• Ability to use the QC checklist to perform thorough QC
• Ability to update the QC tool for each warehouse
• Support with following up on errors flagged
• Support with QC error correction
• Perform data entry for warehouse counts
• Accurately perform QC on warehouse counts for each warehouse.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and experience in data entry
• Excellent skills in managing Google Sheets and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight timelines
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player
