You will join us as a UI Designer, bringing a keen eye for design and usability to improve the user experience of our internal tools. In this role, you’ll analyze existing applications, provide actionable insights, and drive redesigns to make them more intuitive and efficient. Working closely with our development teams, you’ll help create and maintain applications that empower our internal users with seamless access to data, analytics, and production environments.

Your future role within QRT

• Conduct UI reviews and help elevate design standards by promoting best practices and providing peer feedback.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including researchers, developers, and operations teams, to gather requirements and translate user needs into thoughtful design solutions.
• Design clean, intuitive interfaces for both existing and new applications using modern UX tools such as Figma.
• Work hand-in-hand with development teams to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of design specifications.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in our internal tool suite.
• Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

Your present skillset

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Solid background in UI design, supported by a diverse and polished portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including hands-on experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Skilled in using UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and similar platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret user feedback and data to inform design choices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in planning and conducting usability tests.
• Strong front-end development skills; experience with React is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
