Сопроводительное письмо
I am writing to express my enthusiastic interest in the Upper School History Teacher position at Head-Royce School. With a solid background in Humanities and several years of experience in secondary education, I am deeply committed to fostering a classroom environment that is both intellectually rigorous and culturally responsive. My teaching philosophy aligns perfectly with Head-Royce’s mission to develop students of character and intellect, particularly through the lens of equity and social justice.
In my previous roles, I have successfully integrated anti-racist pedagogy and Ethnic Studies into the curriculum, helping students develop critical thinking skills while exploring diverse perspectives. I am particularly drawn to your school's focus on 'Students First' and 'Civic Engagement,' and I am eager to contribute to your community not only as a teacher but also as an advisor and collaborator. I look forward to the possibility of discussing how my experience in curriculum design and adolescent development can support the Strategic Plan Goals of Head-Royce School.
