The Impact of a UX Designer at Coupa:

Enterprise software has historically been boring, unintuitive, cumbersome, and difficult to use, but it doesn’t have to be this way. These powerful, feature-rich applications should be as easy and delightful to use as any consumer application. Coupa has an industry-wide reputation for delivering great user experience. Now, you can play a role in taking our Total Business Spend Management platform to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Apply design-thinking to create best in class product experiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and user goals.
• Work closely with researchers and assist in research initiatives.
• Rapidly iterate on designs to meet requirements and fulfill user goals.
• Present designs and supporting research findings to stakeholders.
• Partner with developers to ensure design feasibility and to align on implementing the best experiences possible.
• Evaluate and monitor the success of implemented designs

What You Will Bring to Coupa

• 2+ years' overall web application design experience, preferably in the B2B space.
• Experience using user-centered design principles.
• Understanding of inclusive and accessible design practices.
• Can effectively communicate design direction and collaborate with stakeholders to realize your design vision.
• Solid Figma skills including use of components and variables.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys challenges and has been successful transforming complex requirements into highly usable experiences.
• Experience working with Material Ul a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful design projects, candidates without portfolios will not be considered.
