About the role: 

We’re looking for a video editor and multimedia specialist to turn raw video content into high-impact assets that drive growth.   

You’ll take long-form, short-form, UGC, interviews, screen recordings, and founder-led content and transform it into polished videos for social media, web, paid, and lifecycle channels.   

This role is ideal for someone who understands performance content, not just aesthetics - someone who knows how pacing, hooks, sound, and visual storytelling influence attention. 

Responsibilities: 

• Edit raw video footage into high-performing short- and long-form content
• Create platform-specific cuts for:
• Social (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X)
• Website (homepage, product pages, case studies)
• Paid media and lifecycle campaigns
• Ability to add the following to videos:
• Motion graphics, captions, overlays, transitions
• Music, sound effects, and audio leveling
• Visual effects that enhance clarity
• Support optimization of videos for engagement and performance, including:
• Strong hooks in the first 3–5 seconds
• Clear narrative flow and CTAs
• Mobile-first formatting where applicable
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets
• Collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Content teams to align visuals with messaging  

and goals

• Maintain consistent visual style while adapting to different channels and experiments
• Incorporate feedback and manager revisions in a fast-moving growth environment

Skills & Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Strong experience in video storytelling for growth and performance
• Strong command of tools such as:  

+ AdobePremierePro, AfterEffects

• Experience using AI-assisted editing tools to accelerate first-cut edits, auto-captions, and variations
• Strong understanding of:
• Social media video best practices - you actively consume content on major platforms and understand what feels current vs. outdated
• Platform-specific formats and specs
• What makes content engaging, skimmable, and conversion-friendly
• Ability to work from direction and raw footage
• Excellent taste, pacing, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and iterating based on feedback
