The Work:

  • Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM systems
  • Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools
  • Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday
  • Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday
  • Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project
  • Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership
  • Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals
  • Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives
  • Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary

Here's What You Need:

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience with up to date Workday Certification AND/OR 1+ year hands-on Workday Data experience & 2 or more full life cycle Workday implementations
  • 2+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience & ability to travel up to 10%

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Prior Federal HR/IT Experience
  • Developed understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • 1+ year of US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL, XML, & MYSQL/SQL experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics
  • Demonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
