We need an English-fluent ServiceNow Architect (CTA) & Agentic AI Expert, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Own end-to-end solutioning for enterprise workflows, ensuring scalability and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical strategy and roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership across ITSM, SecOps, IRM, ITOM, SPM, and CSM.
• Design and implement advanced automation and AI-driven workflows.
• Contribute to the development and integration of Agentic AI solutions within ServiceNow Ecosystems.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM (IT Service Management), SecOps (Security Operations), IRM (Integrated Risk Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), CSM (Customer Service Management)
• Proven experience leading large-scale, enterprise-level implementations.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and platform architecture. Agentic AI Requirements (New Ask)
• Experience designing or working with Agentic AI systems.
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation, orchestration, and decision-making systems.
• Familiarity with integrating AI into enterprise platforms (preferably ServiceNow).
• Fluent Portuguese (mandatory).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global teams and enterprise clients.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments.

It´s a Plus:

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and LLM integrations.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience in nearshore or global delivery models.

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $5,800 - $6,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This is a 3-month contract with the potential to extend into a longer-term engagement based on client needs.
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
