About the project
As aFinOps Markets Associate, you will be responsible for validating, analyzing, and monitoring the financial flows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation. This role is ideal for someone analytical and passionate about problem-solving and efficiency.
How your day-to-day work will look like:
✅ Execute the processes to reconcile the full transactional flows of the company, ensuring their proper recording and compliance with audit processes.
✅ Execute the processes to review the automated reconciliation results, analyzing discrepancies and identifying and reporting potential issues related to them.
✅ Ensure all the processes are executed according to the committed SLAs.
✅ Identify, report, analyze, and resolve discrepancies detected during the reconciliation process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
This would make you the ideal candidate:
✨ Advanced student of Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
✨ Experience working in reconciliations.
✨ Experience working in finance operations.
✨ Experience working in auditing.
✨ Experience working with Excel / Google Sheets.
✨ Ability to analyze large datasets.
✨ Experience working with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
✨ Advanced English or Fluent Spanish is required. We need your great communication skills to support our clients and collaborate with international teams.
