What you will do:

1. Support daily accounting operations including processing transactions, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts.
2. Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of financial reports, balance sheet schedules, and supporting documentation.
3. Verify invoices and payment requests to ensure compliance with company policies and tax requirements, and support accurate and timely payment processing.
4. Participate in revenue-related accounting tasks such as reconciliation, settlement, invoicing, and payment tracking.
5. Prepare and review account reconciliations, aging reports, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy of financial data.
6. Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors or tax agents.
7. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, system testing, and financial data analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

What you will need:

1. Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
2. Graduating between September 2025 – August 2026.
3. Good knowledge of Excel and interest in learning accounting systems.
4. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
5. Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
6. Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
7. Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
