About the Role:

This position plays a key role in supporting the accounting team through accurate transaction processing, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external partners. Discretion, organization, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice verification, coding, authorization, and timely payment processing
• Process purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor inquiries, while supporting inventory‑related accounting tasks
• Prepare customer invoices and maintain organized billing and accounts receivable files
• Administer company credit cards, including documentation and monthly reconciliation
• Complete and maintain process and procedure documentation
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders while exercising sound judgment and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of general accounting or related experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to use technology to streamline accounting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
