Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

About the Role

• Lead and oversee the global Accounts Payable function across 50+ countries, ensuring standardized, scalable and compliant A/P processes.
• Manage and develop a team of 10 FTEs, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance through KPIs, and fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation across the end-to-end A/P cycle (invoice processing, approvals,  vendor management, month-end).
• Support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within the A/P area, contributing to process design, testing, and implementation, while ensuring a smooth transition and adoption by the team.
• Define, track and analyze key process metrics (e.g. cycle time, backlog, aging) to identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and business stakeholders across all regions to ensure alignment, compliance and operational excellence.
• Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to local statutory requirements in all operating countries.

This position is located in Madrid (Spain).

About You

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance, including team leadership experience.
• Experience working in multi-country or international environments.
• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
• Strong process improvement and automation mindset with solid analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced data analysis skills.
• Experience with invoice automation or workflow tools.
• Background in shared service or centralized finance environments.
