Let’s start with the role

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and numerically savvy Affiliate Operations Executive to support and strengthen the financial and operational backbone of our global affiliate program across 20 markets.

This is a heavily data-driven and financially focused. You will be responsible for affiliate invoicing, commission validation, reporting, irregularity tracking, performance monitoring, and monthly forecasting support. Acting as the operational controller of the affiliate channel, you will ensure accuracy, transparency, and optimization across all affiliate accounts globally.

You will work closely with Affiliate Managers, Finance, BI, Compliance, CRM, and local teams to maintain operational excellence while supporting growth initiatives. A passion for digital marketing combined with strong critical thinking skills is essential.

As an Affiliates Operations Executive, you will:

• Reconcile affiliate performance data, validate commissions, and coordinate monthly invoicing and payment approvals with Finance;
• Investigate discrepancies, handle payment queries, and maintain compliant documentation;
• Monitor affiliate KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance and payable commission reports;
• Identify data anomalies and maintain reporting dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / BI);
• Support monthly payment forecasts, budgeting cycles, and cash-flow planning;
• Track actuals vs forecast and provide data insights to stakeholders;
• Maintain affiliate accounts, tracking links, and platform accuracy across markets;
• Handle operational requests and coordinate updates with CRM, Design, and Affiliate teams;
• Act as liaison between Finance, BI/Data, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure reporting accuracy;
• Communicate payment approvals, holds, and operational updates to internal stakeholders.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Operations, Digital Marketing Operations, or Financial/Business Operations;
• Solid understanding of affiliate commission models (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid);
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (data analysis, reconciliation, reporting);
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Experience working with financial reports and reconciliations;
• Business-level English (written and spoken);
• A numerically confident, data-driven profile with the ability to meet deadlines.
