This is not a standard AI role.

At Kogan.com, you will sit at the centre of how we rethink the business through AI. Working directly with the CEO and CTO, you will lead high-impact initiatives while embedding intelligent automation across every function.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just experiment with AI, but builds real systems that scale. Someone who understands how to turn cutting-edge tools into a measurable competitive advantage.

If you are already operating at the frontier of autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and AI-driven software development, this role gives you the mandate and backing to go further.

What you’ll be doing:

• Act as Kogan.com’s AI lead, shaping how AI is adopted across the entire organisation
• Partner directly with the CEO and CTO on priority projects that drive outsized impact
• Rapidly prototype and ship production-ready tools using AI-assisted development
• Design and deploy autonomous agents to streamline workflows across supply chain, marketing, and customer operations
• Build multi-agent systems that can operate reliably at scale
• Implement human-in-the-loop frameworks to ensure control, safety, and accountability
• Integrate AI systems securely with our core platforms including e-commerce, ERP, CRM, and internal data systems

What you'll need:

• Strong foundation in computer science, systems architecture, and API integrations
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling and workflow platforms such as n8n or Make
• Proven ability to build and deploy agent-based systems in real environments
• Deep understanding of security, sandboxing, and safe deployment practices
• Commercial awareness of LLM usage and cost optimisation
• Curiosity, speed, and a bias toward building rather than theorising
