THE ROLE

Associate Manager, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing (Canada)

We are seeking a Associate Manager, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing (Canada) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. As Manager - Affiliates and Brand Partnerships at Quince, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new publisher, influencer and brand partnerships opportunities to drive profitable growth and increase investment efficiency to create strategies for revenue growth from end to end. You will fully own the Quince affiliate and brand partnerships channel’s capabilities roadmap and oversee reporting & forecasting.. If you are a collaborative and analytical marketer who is excited to work in a dynamic and competitive space this role is for you. This role will play a major part in accelerating Quince’s growth in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full influencer, affiliate and brand partnerships marketing strategy to drive the new customer acquisition strategy.
• Recruit, manage, and optimize high-performing affiliates and influencers with a focus on driving incremental revenue and growth by category.
• Negotiate influencers, affiliate and brand partnership commercial terms, manage contracts, and oversee payouts and incentives
• Identify and execute strategic brand partnerships from ideation through launch and measurement including building repeatable processes and frameworks to scale partnerships sustainably
• Leverage data from on category performance, sales, and previous campaign results to identify the most effective marketing activation and support tactics around affiliate marketing
• Manage relationships with agencies, affiliate technology platforms (e.g., Impact Radius), and internal data engineering, analytics, and technology teams to ensure tracking, tagging, attribution, and technical requirements are met.
• Define and manage capabilities roadmap to deliver enhancements across the influencer and affiliate funnel that will drive growth for the Quince brand
• Manage forecasting strategy to ensure goals for growth and investment efficiency are met

Qualifications

Required:

● 4+ years experience across affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and brand

partnerships (experience spanning multiple is a strong plus)

● Proven track record of scaling partnerships that drive measurable business impact

● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

● Comfortable owning strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment

● Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

● Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and experience

working with Sigma, Lookr etc.

● Experience in CPG, Retail, Fashion, Beauty is a plus.

In office 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

Pay Range

$75,000—$95,000 CAD
