TEAM OVERVIEW

KKR’s Client Operations team owns and operates most dimensions of the client lifecycle. We are responsible for the client interactions, underlying operating models, and overarching strategy related to client onboarding, product onboarding, capital activity, communications, inquiry servicing, offboarding, and more. POSITION SUMMARY

KKR seeks to recruit a professional to focus on support for KKR’s Global Wealth Investor Relations team, for registered and private products across all alternative asset classes.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with wealth platforms or asset managers, with a view of operational processes in transacting alternatives.  The individual will support platform servicing and reporting, and ideally will be comfortable interpreting sales reporting, completing reconciliations in Excel, and building relationships with counterparts at wealth platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support operational nuances of KKR offerings on platforms (private banks, wirehouses, RIAs, custodians, or independent broker/dealers)
• Reconcile internally facing and externally facing reporting for KKR and partner stakeholders.
• Partner with platforms, technology, finance and third-party administrator teams to increase automation and streamline subscription and account change management processes.
• Liaise with KKR strategic accounts team and various internal and external KKR Wealth stakeholders and service providers to prioritize platform initiatives and improve overall servicing model for wealth platform partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a support role, ideally in the alternative investments industry.
• Possess strong computer and excel skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, to identify reporting anomalies, and to move problem solving projects forward.
• Excellent academic credentials including an undergraduate degree.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/inquiries simultaneously.
• Experience with Transfer Agents, Administrators and Fund Service Providers (preferred)
• Series 7 and 63 preferred

This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.

Base Salary Range

$100,000—$130,000 USD
