The role in 60 seconds

• Role: Associate or Senior Associate (ideally between two and six years PQE)
• Team: Corporate – Foot Anstey McKees
• Location: Belfast
• Working Pattern: Full-time/Part-time/Flexible

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

• Play an active role, focussed on local work across Northern Ireland, with the opportunity to be part of the wider group with national/international reach.
• Work across a broad spectrum of complex corporate work and transactions, including private equity, owner managed businesses, M&A and board advisory
• Day to day, you will take a solution led approach, listening to clients' challenges and understanding their businesses in order to provide tailored advice and bespoke, premium solutions.
