Forget "shadowing"! At Picnic, you’ll spend your summer holidays getting right into the game. We’re looking for builders, the "what-if" thinkers, the aspiring entrepreneurs currently enrolled in a quantitative Master’s program. We move fast, think big, and turn bold ideas into real impact. Your work will be seen and, more importantly, will make a real difference.

Tricks of the trade

• The Blueprint: Turn raw data into insights, and insights into real-world solutions.
• The Toolkit: Use SQL, Python, Google Sheets and PowerPoint to turn abstract concepts into scalable solutions.
• The Bonus: A fast-track ticket to potential full-time opportunities.

In the recruitment process, we will evaluate which team and mentor best align with your strengths and growth areas, ensuring you’re set up to reach your full potential. Our core business pillars include customer, commercial, last-mile delivery, supply chain & logistics automation.

Your superpowers

• You are currently enrolled in a quantitative Master’s program.
• You have strong communication skills in English - German is a big plus.
• You're comfortable with Python, SQL, or similar tools.
• Available for minimum 10 weeks, between July and (end of) September 2026.
