Our Cash Management team operates in multiple countries and manages a diverse and expanding portfolio of banking and digital accounts. The growing regulatory and operational complexity across markets requires strong coordination to ensure governance, controls, and operational efficiency.

*You will also be responsible for:*

• Bank Account Management and Governance: oversee account openings, maintenance, closures, and access monitoring.
• Adherence to Policies and Internal Controls:ensure alignment with internal governance, audit, and governance standards.
• Process Standardization: define and monitor global workflows for account opening, new business and maintenance.
• Risk Management: mitigate risks of fraud, unauthorized access, and compliance breaches.
• Coordination of Global Demands:act as the focal point between local teams, global teams, and partner banks.
• Future Preparedness: ensure that, once the account opening expansion phase is over, the maintenance cycle (access management, KYC, updates) is carried out in an organized and seamless way.

Main requirements for this position:

• Strong experience managing treasury and banking relationships in LATAM, particularly within the North Cone.
• Solid understanding of cash management, FX operations, liquidity management, and banking products.
• Proven ability to lead high-level negotiations with financial institutions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
• Based in Mexico City, with knowledge of the Colombian market.
• Availability for frequent international travel across Mexico, Colombia, and Central America.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in fintechs, payment service providers, or high-volume transactional environments.
• Previous exposure to cross-border payments and international treasury structures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Treasury, Regulatory, Legal, Product, Accounting, and FP&A teams.
