About the Company:

iGaming startup building a VR casino platform (B2B solution for online casinos). The company operates a dual structure: Product (VR tech development) and Commercial (sales, marketing, partnerships).

We are looking for a COO to build and scale the operational system of the company, align teams, implement structure, and drive execution across product, commercial, and support functions. This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with founders.

Key Responsibilities:

*🟠*Build and optimize end-to-end business operations

*🟠*Develop and implement company-wide processes and KPIs

*🟠*Align product and commercial departments

*🟠*Oversee CRM and sales structure development

*🟠*Build reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking

*🟠*Manage cross-functional workflows and execution

*🟠*Support scaling of sales and partner operations

*🟠*Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions

Requirements:

*🟠*Experience in iGaming / Gambling / Casino / Affiliate industry

*🟠*Background in operations, project management, or leadership roles

*🟠*Strong process-building and analytical mindset

*🟠*Experience with KPI systems and business metrics

*🟠*High ownership, autonomy, and structured thinking

*🟠*Ability to work directly with founders
