What You'll Do Here:
- Work cross functionally with the Content and Creative team to develop community management strategies and creative ideation for Viral Nation’s top tier brands across all social media platforms
- Act as a strategic community manager and engage with followers on all social platforms, with a focus on YouTube, to enable growth and engagement in alignment with client KPIs
- Curate periodical reports for reporting manager demonstrating engagement and analytics
- Own the execution of daily posts, monitoring analytics, and maintaining accounts on key social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Discord etc.)
- Develop and manage content calendars for dedicated accounts and provide recommendations to enhance content, copy and identify agile moments with a focus on YouTube long-form content, YouTube Shorts and YouTube Community Tab
- Present analytics feedback and insights gained from social media marketing to help evolve strategies in a timely fashion
- Work in collaboration with the Content, Creative and Accounts divisions to ensure processes and protocols are followed and enhanced
- Act as the YouTube social media expert at Viral Nation, keeping the team up-to-date with changes in the ecosystem, current best practices and trends
You'll Need To Have:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytical tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.)
- Must have a University degree, or College diploma in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, and/or have equivalent work experience
- Must have professionally managed Social Media for brands
- Experience growing brands on social media through strategic community management
This role has an annual salary range of CAD $55,000.00 to $70,000.00.
This range reflects the full scope and progression of the role, from building capability to operating with sustained impact at a higher level. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package designed to support our team as they grow with us.
Where an offer falls within this range is determined through the interview process. Candidates are benchmarked by the hiring team based on role scope, relevant experience, skill alignment, and expected impact, using consistent and objective criteria.
