We are looking for a CRO Manager to help build and optimize web funnels that attract users and boost activation rates. In this role, you will collaborate with analytics, development, and product teams to make a real impact on key user journeys. In this role, you will
- Analyze website pages and funnels to identify potential areas for improvement
- Support the creation and optimization of landing pages together with the team
- Assist in planning and running A/B tests (from hypothesis to analysis)
- Work with web analytics tools (e.g., Tableau or similar) to understand user behavior
- Contribute to generating data-driven hypotheses for improving conversion rates
- Participate in competitor and user research to better understand audience needs
- Collaborate with user acquisition, product, and development teams
It’s all about you
- 1+ year of experience in CRO, product, digital marketing, design or a related field
- Basic understanding of CRO principles and UX/UI fundamentals
- Comfortable working with data and are motivated to grow your analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar)
- Interested in A/B testing and experimentation, and eager to deepen your expertise in this area
- Proactive, curious, and open to learning
- Manage your tasks effectively and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- An English level of B2 or higher (both written and spoken)
Would be a plus
- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
- Familiarity with product metrics (CR, retention, activation)
- Experience working with landing pages or performance marketing
