Our trading expertise and strategies are deployed across several markets globally, focusing on various products including equity derivatives, delta one, ETFs, commodity derivatives, and cryptocurrency. We are actively seeking a Crypto Trader who will play a pivotal role in executing and managing crypto trading strategies. Your focus will be on driving profitability while effectively managing risk. Utilizing your extensive market knowledge and analytical abilities, you will make informed trading decisions.

*Responsibilities and Duties*

• Trade delta one products and options in cryptocurrency markets to generate consistent P&L through market making, volatility trading, and market-neutral strategies
• Responsible for the risk management of the portfolio across traditional, centralized and decentralized exchanges
• Develop and implement alpha-generating trading strategies, leveraging market trends and crypto-specific inefficiencies
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to design, backtest, and automate trading systems and workflows
• Optimize trade execution and liquidity provision, adapting to evolving market structures
• Contribute to the development of proprietary tools and algorithms to improve trading efficiency and scalability

*What you offer*

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics or any other analytical / quantitative related field of study
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience trading delta one products (e.g., spot, futures, perpetual swaps) in cryptocurrency markets, with a track record of generating consistent P&L
• Experience or familiarity with options trading, including pricing, hedging, or volatility strategies, to complement delta one expertise
• Proficiency in Linux OS and Python for scripting, strategy development, and data analysis to support trading decisions and automation
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency market microstructure, including centralized exchanges, decentralized exchanges and funding rate dynamics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and informed trading decisions
• Ability to thrive and make decisions in a fast-paced trading environment and handle pressure effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
